Avalon Suites is located off Irondequoit Bay in a quiet suburb of Rochester, NY. Just 20 minutes from the airport & 10 minutes to downtown Rochester, near the towns of Penfield, Pittsford & Perinton. See driving directions in map, below.
Our spacious one and two-bedroom apartments are fully furnished that include linens, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cable TV & free Wifi. There are even barbeque pits and picnic tables for summer evening relaxation. Always plenty of parking (plowed in winter) and each building has coin-operated laundry facilities.
All units have an outside view, with windows that can be opened. You control the temperature with your thermostat and air-conditioner.
Washers and dryers are on the lower level of each of our three buildings. They are coin-operated.
