Please clearly list the Names and Ages of all Full or Part-Time Adult and Child Occupants on your application and indicate their relationship to you so that we can best assist in finding you the perfect new home.

Every occupant over the age of 18 must submit a separate application and fee.

There is a required Fee of $25 / Per Applicant to pay for the credit & background check,
(Which is $20 for the Credit/Background fee plus a $5 processing charge to pay online.)

Application Fees are non-refundable as they go towards directly covering screening costs.

Information about approval status, application questions, or showings once pre-qualified will be emailed or texted to you by your leasing agent when your application is complete and all supporting documents and fees have been received and reviewed.
