Owner, Founder, & President of Operations
DeGeorge Property Group was founded by Ben DeGeorge in 2013 as a rental property investment company. The company currently owns and manages 743 residential units and 60,000 square feet of commercial space spread over Rochester NY and 5 surrounding counties.
As a company we pride ourselves on showing an exceptional level of care and service towards our residents. We seek to have long term residents... in order to make that happen we strive to be the best we can be.

All Full-Time Employees may choose to enroll in our Blue Cross Blue Shield Employee Healthcare which includes optional Dental and Vision plans.
Retirement Benefits
We currently offer our team a Simple IRA retirement plan with 3% employer matched contribution.
Paid Time Off
Employees receive 10 Paid Holidays and 5 Paid Personal Days and 5 Paid Vacation days their first year and are eligible for an additional 5 days of vacation time per year for the first 4 years. By the 4th year with DeGeorge Management Employees receive: 10 Paid Holidays, 5 Paid Personal Days, and 20 Paid Vacation Days.
Bonus Pay
On top of Competitive Salary and Annual Wage Increases Employees receive end of year bonuses, Company Anniversary Gifts, Company Provided Uniforms and Swag, On Call Pay, Over-Time Options, Additional Pay for Snow Plowing, and Access to Company Vehicles or Mileage Reimbursement.
